Lewisa Anciano is a strategic catalyst of transformation igniting the power of people and organizations so they can achieve goals and fulfill their visions of success. She has served five organizations as their leading HR executive, with HR teams ranging in size from 5 to 50 members. Lewisa's oversight has included global people and culture divisions in Germany, France, UK, and North America. With a strong background in Mergers & Acquisitions, she oversaw the talent integration and change management portfolios in five corporate mergers to achieve deal value, objectives and synergies.
In addition to her executive roles, Lewisa is a strategic talent consultant, coach, facilitator and advisor with a broad range of industries including A.I. technology, gaming, automotive, construction, mobile payments, clean technology, athletic apparel, telecommunications, shipping, health care, retail, financial services, manufacturing, hospitality and post-secondary education. She is a start-up advisor at Stoko and a mentor to rising HR professionals.
Recipient of the 2015 CPHR HR Professional of the Year Award, Lewisa has enjoyed a multi-faceted career beyond HR in the areas of strategic planning, innovation management, corporate communications, compliance, organizational effectiveness and process re-engineering. She is the former Chair of the Finance Committee for the CPHR Board and was the Chair of the Industry Advisory Committee for HR programs at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Lewisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Masters in Organizational Management. She is a graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Advanced Management Program, INSEAD's Strategy Execution Program and the Organization Design Certificate at the University of Southern California.
